Because we incur costs from the time you order your cash register, we are required to charge a restocking fee for all cancelled orders and returns.
All cash registers and other products sold by The Cash Register Shop require some setup from us and expenses are incurred every time an order is processed, therefore, we charge a 20% handling. fee if your merchandise is returned.
Any returns thereafter are charged at our daily rental rate.
If there is damage to the equipment upon return, you will be charged for the cost of new parts to replace the worn or damaged parts. All manuals must be returned with the equipment and all cash registers must have the protective covering, including display protectors. You must return the equipment in the original box with the original packaging. You are responsible for shipping costs back to The Cash Register Shop. Shipping costs are non refundable. If the cash register or other product that is purchased from The Cash Register Shop is not in a new condition, do not return it, because you will be charged or denied refund.
There are no returns after 30 days of invoice.
